Hellloooo everyone!!
So this week was really awesome. It went by super fast!! I feel like
time is going by faster and faster now.
So we didn’t find too many investigators this week, but we saw greater
things. We saw people change, a testimony of an investigator given,
and the power of the priesthood manifested.
So we only found 1 investigator (I will tell you later on in the email
about her) but we did have some really good lessons with an
investigator. We had two lessons this week with an investigator and
they went SO well. So in the lesson earlier this week, we taught her
the word of wisdom because she had some questions about it and she
wanted us to give her a really good reason to not drink coffee
hahahahah. So we taught it, and she accepted it so easily. We have a
really good relationship with her and her kids. So we always laugh and
joke around. Especially about “Mormons” because she said she already
knows the church is true and so she jokes around a lot about how
they’re just everywhere. She also went to church for the second time
and loved it. So did her kids!! She said the first time she went she
felt so good and calm and not judged my anyone (even though she was in
jeans and regular clothes). We had a lesson yesterday after church and
it was a super long lesson hahahaha but it went so well. We taught the
gospel of Jesucristo and focused super hard on baptism.
The other investigator that we found is named Ernestina. And on Friday
we went over to her house (her neighbor, who is a member told us to
go) to give her a blessing. We were like heck yeah!!! And so we gave
her the blessing and it was a short and simple one, but we found out
yesterday when we passed by again to see how she felt, that she felt a
super warm feeling that went through her body and now she hasn’t had
any problems since. So yesterday when we passed by we were able to
point out the Holy Ghost, the power of the priesthood, and that the
church is true. It was awesome!!! So we hope and pray that this
progresses. She wasn’t able to come to church yesterday, but they will
definitely be there tomorrow! FAITH FAITH FAITH
So that was my week. I only have 11 weeks left (someone just pointed
out to me) and I’m not trunky at all. Don’t you even think about it
Love you all! Have a great week and have faith 😁😁

Helllooooo everyone!! It’s been a super good week. I hope yours was as well.
We had a loooot of success this week! We’ve been really focusing on
miracles and diligence as a mission. And we’ve totally seen results!!
So members have been a lot of help lately. We have found people thanks
to the members. On Friday we had a nice family home evening with a new
investigator (that the members found). That investigator went to an
activity we had on Saturday (loved it) and then went to church on
Sunday with her husband and kids!! It really seemed like they loved
it. We think they are super ready to accept the gospel.
Also, we’ve been working with a woman and she finally went to church
yesterday!! She brought her 5 kids too and it was awesome. We had to
insist that they stay for the last two hours. They stayed for two
hours and then went home to eat because they were starving 😂 but they
really did like it. We made sure to ask hahaha.
So we had a total of about 10 people at church, counting all the kids
and everything. It was awesome!!! I was literally so happy. And we are
really expecting them to progress.
We also found 4 more investigators this week, one of them was thanks
to a member. He asked the guy for water and he let us come in and then
we ended up talking for like a good 45 minutes and it was perfect.
With the help of the member we will progress. FAITTHHHH! Whhoooooo
And I’m just super happy, healthy, and everything is great!! Always happy!!

Hellloooooo everyone!!!
This week was a good one. Elder Gomez and I have seen little miracles
every day. And we are hoping that we see big miracles soon!
So, this week we were able to find so many new people to teach that
seem truly interested. We will see when we have more lessons. But this
week Elder Gomez and I have been really focusing on staying in tune
with the spirit. And we have been in a few ocasiones where we have
walked up to someone’s house and they walked out right then or
something like that.
We’ve been really focusing on the reason why we are in the places we
are when we are. Because there are many times (sadly) that we will go
to a lesson and they won’t be home. And so when that happens, we try
to figure out why we are there. Now, here in our mission we do not
just knock doors. We were told not to do that because everyone has
basically heard from missionaries and people got annoyed. Well, what
we do do is look through the former investigators and see who is close
around and we go and visit them. So, these past few weeks we’ve been
doing that. Just like I’ve done in times throughout my mission. And we
have found new people to teach and been in the most perfect places in
the right time. Yesterday, it was 8:30 (and we don’t go home before 9.
That’s not diligence) and we decided to go visit an investigator that
wasn’t too far away from where we were. And we decided to walk. Well,
while we were walking we hear “¡Élderes! Qué pasó” from across the
street. And come to find out we had walked up on a brother from the
ward with one of his friends outside talking. His friend was actually
a member, but I know we never would’ve met him if we didn’t go over
there. The member is awesome and he could help us a lot in our work.
Members, for us, are the best way to advance missionary work. And when
we walked up, they were talking about church and the hermano who
called at us from across the street said that he didn’t know exactly
how to answer them. So perfect timing!
These stories aren’t amazing. But they’re cool! Cause it’s definitely
the hand of the lord.
Oh also, a while ago (can’t remember if I told you, but if I did I’ll
tell you again) our bishop called us and wanted us to go to a persons
house that had their records sent to our ward. A person from another
ward had gone by, but when the person answered they couldn’t
communicate because she spoke “some other language”. So we were sent
over there. Well, turns out that the lady who lives there is Hispanic
and the family whose records were sent to our ward does not live
there. But the lady, whose name is Kenya is now a new investigator and
she seemed so interested.
It’s getting hot here now. It has gotten up to 108. It’ll keep getting
hotter!! But I actually don’t mind it. Weird.
Hope you enjoy this email hahahaha. I don’t really know if I made
sense but yeah. Love you all!!
